Oh c’mon!!! don’t spoil my fun! I was quite enjoying Scott Burgess getting so excited about the stupid conspiracy and wasting all that time translating it. Even Melanie Phillips was encouraging him, and it had the potential to become a bigger farce than it would have been. Damn you Yususf, don’t try and take it away from me :(

There is one thing in the article I disagreed with however. I don’t see why Arab scholars even have to come into this country, and why Ken Livingstone spends so much energy courting Qaradawi.

What Britain needs is homegrown imams and scholars, not those imported from Arab land who reckon they’re living in the pure worlds while Muslims here are in constant danger of being corrupted by the infidels. Unless there is more emphasis on Islam from a British perspective, we’re all wasting our time hoping for better dialogue on Islam related issues. Qaradawi does not make things any better and I don’t look forward to him coming here and spreading some of that wisdom.

The MCB and their lackeys (and the Hindu and Sikh groups) should invest money in local priests/scholars.

You’re right, it does seem to be a lot of fuss aboujt nothing — as if the manuscript found at my house was deemed to be representative of the views of European atheists, and evidence of a secret conspiracy by this group to take over the world.

BTW, your earlier article “The next holocaust” ought to be published in The Sharpener.
