Oh, I quite agree Phil, and yes, there is a lot of the politics missing. Essentially, the more I think about it, the more I consider it pretty fucking ridiculous that this drama basically has left the general public with a “oh, he’s just like me! Do anything for love! Taken advantage of by opportunistic politicians” kind of feeling. It takes most of the blame off him.
